Clos des Grenadiers

Located on the edge of a 20-hectare agritourism estate, this Provencal house will offer a relaxing stay in the heart of nature, with family or friends, among olive trees, pines, vines and pomegranate ("grenades") fields.

 

Located 12 km from Nîmes (TGV station "Nîmes PDG"), this pretty independent villa of almost 200 m2, which has a large enclosed garden and its own swimming pool, has been tastefully (re)decorated and offers you an ideal setting to disconnect, while remaining close to many tourist activities in the Gard Provençal (Nîmes, Pont du Gard, Uzès, Arles, Avignon, Alpilles, river, sea...).

 

Le Clos des Grenadiers can accommodate a maximum of 12 people: it is made up of welcoming and bright rooms with modern and neat decoration, open to the outside (swimming pool, terraces, 2 covered areas, summer kitchen, enclosed park).

The house is perfectly equipped: 4 bedrooms (whose names are the varieties of pomegranates that we planted just opposite ...) and a large living room with "sleeping area", air conditioning, quality bedding, 2 sofas, 2 lounge chairs, 6 poufs, household linen provided (cotton tergal), 2 bathrooms (2 x Italian showers, 1 bathtub), 2 toilets, 1 large living room (70 m²), a large American kitchen, perfectly equipped.

Le Clos des Grenadiers has its own swimming pool (3 x 6.5 m) and 6 deckchairs.

Access is secure (bar cover on request).

Equipment: plates, glasses, knives, kitchen knives, spoons, teaspoons, forks, stemmed glasses, water glasses, champagne flutes, mugs, cups, large cups, kitchen utensils, kitchen dishes, salad bowls, saucepans, stewpots, frying pans, cooker, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, etc.
